Order Processing and Quality Control

All orders are subject to warehouse processing and quality inspection before shipment.

Products are carefully packaged and shipped through trusted carriers including:

After shipment is handed to the carrier, delivery performance is managed by the carrier and is outside the direct control of Race and Herd.

Free Shipping Policy

Shipping Address Policy

Customers must provide accurate shipping information during checkout.

Important

Once an order has been placed and is being processed, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Race and Herd does not accept address change requests after order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring correct address entry.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address information, additional shipping or handling fees may apply for reshipment.


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.

Cancellation requests are only accepted if submitted within 15 minutes after purchase and only if the order has not entered shipment processing.

Once an order is processed or shipment preparation has begun, cancellation is not permitted.


Shipping Fee Policy

All shipping costs are non refundable.

Race and Herd does not cover return shipping or original delivery fees unless required by applicable United States law.
