Returns Conditions

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
The item must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase from us.
Shipping fee for returns
You will be responsible for paying your Shipping costs for returning your items unless they are damaged or incorrect.
Damaged/bad products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately for further instructions.
We will deal with these matters on a case-by-case basis, but will ensure that we find a satisfactory solution.
Exchanges
We only exchange goods if they are faulty or damaged. If you would like to exchange them for the same item, please email us to discuss the exchange procedure.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.
Refund process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
After inspecting the item, we will notify you immediately of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
You will receive the credit within 7 Business days, depending on your card issuer's policy.
