1. Product Nature and Usage Acknowledgement
Race and Herd products are recreational pet enrichment equipment designed for normal supervised play.
Customers understand and agree that:
• Product performance may vary depending on pet behaviour, environment, and usage condition • The product is not a medical, or safety restraint device • Continuous supervision of pets is required during product use • Product effectiveness depends on individual pet behaviour
Race and Herd is not responsible for training outcomes or pet interest in the product.
2. Natural Product Variation and Usage Limitation Protection
Minor product variations are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.
These include:
• Slight shape differences when inflated • Panel ripple or surface wave appearance • Measurement variation within reasonable industry tolerance • Material stiffness changes caused by temperature • Visible stitching or assembly pattern lines
Zipper and Inflation Handling Safety
Damage or zipper failure caused by improper inflation or misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Excluded conditions include:
• Overinflation or excessive internal pressure • Zipper being forced, pulled, or closed under high tension • Cover separation caused by inflating beyond recommended firmness • Use of tools, pliers, or excessive force on zipper components • Product deformation caused by temperature expansion or pressure overload
These characteristics are common to multi panel inflatable pet products.
3. Limited Liability Protection
To the maximum extent permitted under United States law, Race and Herd is not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Pet injury caused by misuse or lack of supervision • Property damage caused by pet interaction with the product • Emotional dissatisfaction with product performance • Loss of product usability due to user handling
Customers assume responsibility for proper product use.
4. Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy
Customers must contact customer service before initiating payment disputes.
If a chargeback is filed without prior communication, Race and Herd reserves the right to:
• Provide transaction and communication records to payment processors • Decline future service or purchase access where legally permitted • Recover reasonable dispute handling costs when allowed by law
5. Return and Fraud Prevention Policy
Return or refund requests may be denied if any of the following are detected:
• Product shows signs of post delivery use or damage • Packaging, parts, or components are missing • Product structure has been modified or tampered with • Multiple return requests suggesting policy abuse • Damage caused by improper handling after delivery
Inspection results are considered final.
6. Return Eligibility
Returns are only considered for verified manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments.
Unless defect is verified, products may be treated as final sale after delivery.
Return approval is not automatically guaranteed.
7. Safety and Supervision Responsibility
Customers are responsible for supervising pets during product use.
Race and Herd is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from unsupervised or improper use.
8. Business Discretion and Legal Compliance
Race and Herd reserves the right to:
• Refuse service for reasonable cause • Reject returns that fail verification standards • Make final determination of defect validity after inspection
All inspection decisions are final.
This policy complies with applicable United States consumer protection standards.
If any part of this policy is deemed unenforceable, the remaining sections remain valid.
9. Return Procedure
To initiate a return review:
1. Contact our customer service email
2. Provide order details and supporting photos
3. Wait for return approval confirmation
4. Use the official return label provided by us
5. Take clear photos of the product and packaging showing the item is in new, unused condition before sending it back.
6. Email us the return shipment tracking number once the item has been sent.
After we receive and verify the returned product, the refund will be processed if approved. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 1 to 2 weeks after approval, depending on your payment provider.
Do not send items to our business address unless a return label is issued.
