Growing up, my dogs were my best buddies. When my parents were busy with work, these furry friends were there to cheer me up with their playful antics and love. I was that kid who just couldn't get enough of everything about dogs.
As I grew older, I started helping stray cats and dogs, finding them homes filled with love. It made me realize how much happiness pets bring to our lives. After college, I got a job, but something was missing—a deeper purpose.
Driven by this calling, I pursued certification as a dog behavior expert, immersing myself in studies at Duke University in Canine Cognition and Behavior. As an associate member of the International Association of Canine Professionals (IACP), I now stand as a professional dog cognition educator.
My research unveiled the subtle ways domestic life can sometimes stifle a dog's natural instincts. Compelled to make a tangible difference, I decided to work directly with animals, aiming to enhance their lives and those of their human companions.
Dinky, the testing dynamo, partners with me on this journey. Above all, our heartfelt mission is to bring as much joy as possible to dogs around the world.
